Jeff graduated from Texas A&M with a Renewable Natural Resources degree and initially moved to the East coast where he managed multiple restaurants for a franchise group of a well-known, national brand. In 2007, Jeff was recruited by a friend in Houston who was in the industry, moved back to Texas, and began his recruiting career and - since then - has primarily focused on recruiting in technical fields. Jeff has led and founded multiple technical recruiting ventures, co-founded Converge Resources in 2019, and currently serves as its President. Jeff met his wife, Lisa, not long after returning to Texas, and they were married in 2010 in her home town of San Antonio. They both enjoy attending and being involved at St. Faustina Catholic Church, which is a new and growing Parish just West of Houston. Jeff grew up in a small town southwest of Houston and enjoys hunting and fishing, and they both enjoy traveling back to the Hill Country to visit family, friends and wineries whenever possible.

Eric graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 with a Communications Degree and moved to Houston after Hurricane Katrina. He began his professional career by selling Voice and Data Systems for Cbeyond Communications, before being recruited into recruiting and staffing in 2006. Eric began by placing skilled trades professionals before becoming a tireless champion of IT and Automation placement. He co-founded Converge Resources and leads the company’s sales and business development efforts. Eric met his wife in 2011 and was married in 2014 in Baton Rouge. They have 2 daughters that keep them quite busy. Eric is an avid lover of sports, music, film, and traveling the world with his family.

Carlos grew up in Bryan, TX, and spent the first 15 years of his career as a Managing Partner and Area Supervisor of multiple franchised restaurants of a well-known, national brand. In 2014, he was recruited by a friend to leave the restaurant industry to begin his recruiting career for technical professionals in Houston. Carlos moved back home to College Station in 2017 and joined Converge Resources as its first Recruiter upon its founding in 2019. He currently serves as the company’s Recruiting Manager and remains a high-caliber recruiting producer. Carlos enjoys attending live concerts, and sporting events (especially for the Aggies, Cowboys, and Astros), and visiting wineries in the Texas Hill Country with his wife.

Chase Anderson is from Beaumont, TX and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2015. He has been in sales his entire career, representing a commercial real estate company, industrial pipe manufacturer, and a world-renowned medical equipment company. When searching for a job in 2021, Chase came across an opening for Converge Resources, applied, and was hired on in short order. He and his wife, Kaci, were married in 2022 and they have a son named Bram. He enjoys sports, hunting, food, and travel.

Geoff Lee is from Houston and graduated with a Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University. During his 15+ years in the automotive industry, he established valuable friendships and relationships with co-workers and clients alike. Geoff was encouraged to pursue a career in recruiting by two long-time friends, Jeff Thigpen and Carlos Delgado. He feels it is very rewarding to help job seekers find new paths in their careers. Geoff is married to Sandi and they are blessed with 5 grown children. He enjoys freshwater fishing, boating and water sports, and working in their yard.

Aron Hernandez is from Flower Mound, TX and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M in 2023. He's experienced in sales and customer service across his 7 year tenure working in multiple industries including Food Service, Apartment Leasing, and now Technical Recruiting. He got the opportunity to work at Converge Resources through a referral from his friend, Andrew Newman, who he knew from his previous gig as a Leasing Agent. He enjoys travelling/going on adventures with his girlfriend, working out, watching movies, and religiously following Manchester United FC.
