Jeff graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Renewable Natural Resources and began his career managing multiple restaurants for a national franchise group on the East Coast. In 2007, he returned to Texas to pursue a career in recruiting, where he has since focused primarily on technical fields. Jeff has led and founded multiple technical recruiting ventures and co-founded Converge Resources in 2019, where he currently serves as President. After moving back to Texas, Jeff met his wife, Lisa, and they were married in 2010 in her hometown of San Antonio. They are active at St. Faustina Catholic Church, a growing parish just west of Houston. Jeff grew up in a small town southwest of Houston and enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling with Lisa to the Hill Country to visit family, friends, and local wineries.

Eric graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 with a degree in Communications and relocated to Houston following Hurricane Katrina. He began his professional career in voice and data systems sales with Cbeyond Communications before transitioning into recruiting and staffing in 2006. After initially placing skilled trades professionals, Eric became a driving force in IT and automation recruiting. He co-founded Converge Resources and now leads the company’s sales and business development strategy. Eric met his wife in 2011, and they were married in 2014 in Baton Rouge. They have two daughters who keep them busy. Outside of work, Eric enjoys sports, music, film, and traveling with his family.

Carlos grew up in Bryan, Texas, and spent the first 15 years of his career as a Managing Partner and Area Supervisor for multiple franchised restaurants of a national brand. In 2014, he was recruited to transition into recruiting, focusing on technical professionals in Houston. In 2017, Carlos returned to College Station and joined Converge Resources as its first recruiter upon the company’s founding in 2019. He now serves as Recruiting Manager while continuing to be a high-caliber producing recruiter. Carlos enjoys attending live concerts and sporting events, particularly supporting the Aggies, Cowboys, and Astros, and exploring wineries in the Texas Hill Country with his wife.

Chase Anderson is from Beaumont, Texas, and earned a B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2015. He has spent his career in sales, representing a commercial real estate company, an industrial pipe manufacturer, and a world-renowned medical equipment company. In 2021, Chase joined Converge Resources and quickly became an integral part of the team. He and his wife, Kaci, were married in 2022, and they have a son, Bram. Outside of work, Chase enjoys sports, hunting, culinary experiences, and travel.

Zach Salazar has spent his life in Bryan, Texas, building a successful career in electronics and appliance retail. He played a key role in driving the success of a multi-million-dollar department for over seven years before discovering a passion for recruiting through a conversation with Carlos. Since making the transition, Zach has thrived in connecting candidates with their ideal careers. A devoted family man, Zach shares his life with his fiancée, Sierra, their daughter, Luna, and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their second daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys following the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Red Sox, and playing video games.

Deione graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Management. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, he has lived in Cypress, Texas, his entire life. He began his career in sales in 2019 before transitioning to recruiting in 2020, seeking a career change. In 2025, Deione joined Converge Resources as a Technical Recruiter, leveraging his background in tech sales and talent acquisition to connect innovative companies with top-tier tech talent. Outside of work, Deione enjoys staying active and following sports (Go Celtics & Steelers!). He also enjoys bowling, basketball, and golfing, exploring personal growth opportunities, and spending time with his fiancée, Camille, and their two sons, Ezra and Elijah.

Stone grew up in College Station, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2025 with a degree in Industrial Distribution Engineering. Over the past few years, he has built strong relationships across industries, from electrical distribution to real estate, connecting professionals with opportunities that align with their goals. Stone is passionate about helping professionals grow their careers and enjoys attending Texas A&M athletics events, swimming, playing video games, and Dungeons & Dragons.

Katie joined Carlton Staffing in 2008 and advanced through progressive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations. In 2026, she transitioned to Vice President of Human Resources for Converge Resources, Carlton’s parent company. With nearly two decades of staffing and operational leadership experience, Katie brings a strategic, performance-driven approach to HR and a deep understanding of what it takes to support both people and business growth. Throughout her career, she has earned multiple Top Producer awards, five appearances in Carlton’s Million Dollar Club, and numerous honors from the Texas Search, Recruiting & Staffing Association. When she’s not at work, Katie enjoys working out at Orange Theory, exploring fine wines, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two grown children.

Richard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Victoria and began his professional career as a Staff Accountant at Citizens Medical Center in Victoria, Texas. In 2020, he returned to Texas A&M University–Victoria to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting to further expand his expertise and professional capabilities. Richard is currently working toward obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, with the goal of strengthening and supporting Carlton Staffing’s accounting operations. In 2024, Richard and his family relocated to the Sugar Land area to be closer to their extended family. Originally from New York, Richard moved to Texas after meeting his wife and has proudly called Texas home for over a decade. Outside of his professional endeavors, Richard enjoys following sports—particularly baseball and football—and spending quality time with friends and family in New York.

Ole grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark, and began his career in the Royal Danish Navy, where he served over a decade in communications and network administration. After leaving the military, he worked in programming and network administration for Dannebrog Rederi and later became Systems Network Manager for RWR Enterprises, supporting IT, accounting, and HR systems for Richard, Wayne & Roberts and Carlton Staffing. Following Carlton’s acquisition by Converge Resources in 2024, Ole joined Converge as Chief Information Officer. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, solving complex problems with C++, and training in Kajukembo. He holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and is a member of Mensa.
